1999

Starting from the enthusiasm and passion of a group of engineers and artisans with a background in fine arts – painting, Landscape Architecture Design Center headed by Mr. Pham Xuan Thiet was established, with the ambition of becoming the leading landscaping design & build entity in Vietnam.

2001

To satisfy the market demands and the economic development, Construction Consultant and Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd was established as a contractor to design, produce, and construct the exterior decoration for projects. During this time, the company delivered a series of typical projects, such as the Office of the District Committee of Van Giang District, Hanoi University of Business and Technology, Tuyen Hoa – Quang Binh Center for Indigenous Knowledge Research and Development, and so on, as a premise for future development.

2006

With a passion for landscape and interior architecture as well as meticulousness for each project, the company progressively established its market presence and reputation. On that momentum, it has expanded into the fields of interior design, production, and construction. At the start of the transformation, the company had encountered numerous challenges due to the disparity between the two fields of exterior and interior However, having completed successfully large projects such as interior fit-out for transaction office systems of VPBank, Sacombank, etc  has added motivation as well as experience to assist the company in overcoming intitial difficulties and fostering a strong brand afterward.

2007

Recognizing the importance of production for its proactive in technical-aesthetic expertises, speeding up progress, and improving project management, Landco invested a furniture factory in an area of nearly 30,000 m2 in the Khac Niem industrial cluster – Khac Niem ward – Bac Ninh city.

2008

The global financial crisis impacted to the Vietnamese economy, high bank interest rates together with government austerity measures caused long pendings to many projects; thus the construction of furniture factory in Bac Ninh encountered severe challenges. The completed furniture project of VNPT Headquarter had become a valuable source to support Landco overcoming this hard period.

 

2009

Landco established a branch in Bac Ninh, registered intellectual property for product labels, and put the factory into operation. With improved production capacity, Landco Corporation has received various interior projects within Vietnam, typifying the headquarter of Ministry of Communications and Information, etc.

 

2012

Landco officially implemented ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certified by AFNOR ASIA to assure product output quality.

 

2015

With the deployment and application of Enterprise Resource Management System ERP SAP B1, the entire production – administration process has been systemized and professionalized. Landco Corporation furnished the interior for Grand Tourane Hotel, the first 5-star hotel in Da Nang’s coastal city, in 2016

 

2017

Landco Corporation was named as one of Vietnam’s Top 50 Sustainable Development Brands and Top 20 High Quality Products conferred by Vietnam Association of Anti-counterfeiting and Trademark Protection (VATAP) with TradeMark & Public Review Press. Those were the first prizes awarded as the result of Landco Corporation employees’ ceaseless efforts.

 

2018

Keeped staying its paces as a reliable contractor, profestional manufacturer, completing entired interor works from design to fit-out and furniture production, Landco Corporation was proudly listed in the line of Top 50 Brands in Vietnam and Top 20 Gold Products and Services in Vietnam in 2018.

 

2019 – 2020

Landco’s factory extended in phase II, improving production capacity, upgrading the entire system, mobilizing more wood working machinery and cutting edge production technologies with the coordination of foreign experts, major suppliers from Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Turkey, etc.  The factory’s scale and production capacity have continuously risen, reaching its goal of top quality standards. During this time, Landco Corporation was also awarded the ISO 14001: 2015 – Environmental management system certificate, as well as the titles of “Top 10 Trustworthy Brand” and “Top 10 High quality Products – Service”.

 

2021

Starting with the digital transformation by implementing 4.0 technology in corporate governance, production and commerce along with the advantage of experience and production capacity, and pursuing the mission of “Creating the best furniture products in the world from Vietnamese brand to Vietnamese people”, Landco Corporation launched 02 member brands are LandDecor – a professional interior and exterior design & build serving individual households, and LandFurniture – a furniture firm of European quality standards.

After more than 20 years of establishment and development, Landco Corporation presently has become an enterprise with two subsidiaries and one factory, serving a wide range of projects across the country and being a trusted contractural partner of many leading groups, corporations in Vietnam, including Viettel, Mobifone, EVN, FPT, Novaland, Doji, Bitexco, and others.
