ALL OF LANDCO’S T.E.A.M EVALUATION INDEXES ARE OUTSTANDING BEYOND THE STANDARD
After many rounds of selection and evaluation, HR’s assessment department in Asia performed independent research on each shortlisted organization in the recruitment market. HR Asia conducted those surveys based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) and direct interviews with HR leaders from each enterprise to produce the final results.
The survey results of the HR Asia Awards are based on the following criteria: Collective Organization for Real Engagement (Core) – Heart, Mind & Soul (Self) – Think, Feel & Do (Group). All 35 of LANDCO CORPORATION’s “Best companies to work for in Asia 2022” indicators exceed the market standard. In particular, with 4.42 points compared to the average score of 3.97/5, LANDCO CORPORATION is highly appreciated for its straightforward and transparent values when equally dividing opportunities for all employees, regardless of seniority and role trick.
In addition, LANDCO’s personnel are always trusted to be empowered to make decisions and take the initiative in each task.
